Most component descriptions start with a blockquote introducing the purpose of a particular component. This pull requests adds these introductions where they are missing.

Why are these introduction inside a blockquote at all?

Maybe @fabpot can shed some light on this, since he introduced this in 7771a38

It's not introductions, it's a short sentence that try to explain what the component is about and I wanted to highlight them as much as possible.
